I lapped the port faces, and put solder on the brass piston, then machined it on my little Unimat lathe for a near perfect fit. Much better piston seal now, and the solder is softer than the brass cylinder, so the cylinder won’t wear to much when it runs in the future. : )… [more...] | 1 Comment
